In the midst of moving into a new area

I'm in the midst of moving to a new area in south Florida so my studio has been upturned and will be that way till the end of Nov. most probably. I'm anxious to get settled so I can get back to my calm wonderful days involved with my art. The people that follow my blog have been in touch with me wondering why I haven't been active with my work so I thought I should post about my move to the others that are still wondering why I'm not posting new art work. I Shall Return...lol

I just finished this...it took less time than normal and I think it has something to do with the size rather than the subject. I feel this title needs an explanation so here it is. I believe everyone is seeking the calmness that comes from understanding and knowing when one can make a difference. The blue color represents this and the rest is what one goes through to achieve that serenity.

This painting was quite interesting for me for work on. I found my lifes experiences easy to put on canvas. Finding ones way after the detours always leaves us changed and the more you search the more changes are experienced fills ones inners. I guess I should just get this in cyber world to see if others can enjoy it..

We all have those distractions in life that interfere with our goals. Some
are investigated and some are not. Some give us pleasure and some give us grief.
Do we stop? do we ignore them? Should we experience the diversity they offer? Lots of questions and lots of different answers!
