Breaking Away 24x30 oil on canvas

When I paint it usually takes me 4 weeks to complete...this one took me 6 days. I step back quite often and look and I see things. This time I knew I wanted to share what I saw with other people and stopped..My feeling for this is a special one..I hope you like it too.

    Thank you Gerri and Maine Artist..I'm glad you both like it..I find colors so exciting..to sit close in front of a big canvas and feel those colors is very special for me..

    This is lovely, Sheila. The colors are so bright and I see hints of leaves, butterflies and flower shapes. Are you going to hang it up?
